The 2020 March on South Carolina is about asking everyone — from protesters in the streets to elected officials at all levels of government — to commit to pursuing a new agenda that prioritizes equity, justice, and opportunity for all.

Music, reflections, panels, young activists. - National NAACP

 

THE MARCH

 

Friday, August 28,

South Carolina Satellite Commitment March in - 700 Hampton ST. Columbia, SC

1pm – 5pm ET

March To Register - South Carolina State House - Columbia, SC 

Stating Location:  700 Hampton St. Columbia SC.

 

THE CHARGE

 

Friday, August 28,

 

 6-9pm ET - Virtual March On SC

South Carolina event will conclude with a night of virtual programming, including a major keynote address and musical performances by award-winning artists.

 

 9-11pm ET - Virtual March on Washington

We will simulcast with the national event that will also conclude with a night of virtual programming, including a major keynote address and musical performances by award-winning artists.

March To Register aims to vigorously engage underrepresented communities in the electoral process, educate the community about candidates and the issues that impact voters most, promote voter registration among Millennials, Generation Z, the Black community, and allies, and combat the increased threats of disinformation during this election cycle affecting SC constituents and the public at large.
